Do you do any type of off the grid, backyard WildMan Workouts?
I love having people over and workout with me outside on my back land. ( have 1 acre playground)
Men, women, folks from all fitness levels shapes and sizes.
Mine often comprise of flipping trees over end over end, they ( I have 4 ) range from 10-13 feet in length. That is by far the all end all of strength and cardio built into one...
Rocks, my all time favorite is lifting, carrying, pressing you name it, with rocks we can do it all.. They force you to place your hands in awkward positions and challenge typically under used muscles.
I have home made medicine balls, they are basketballs filled with sand.
There's my sledge hammer collection, there is one for everyone starting with a 6lb sledge all the way up to "Hank The Hammer" weighing in at a respectable 55lbs.
We use them for slamming on the tractor tire.
A weight sled, gotta drag that thing around outside in the grass, not on pavement.... HUGE difference
A battle rope that you will not find in any gym, I ordered it from the folks that make them for the U.S. Navy ships
Tell me what you do for your WildMan Workouts...
If this is the kind of stuff you're into or just like reading about hit me up send a FR
