3 years after Surgical menopause.. Finally loosing weight

Never thought I'd see the scales move. 3 years the 6th March after my surgical hysterectomy. 🎉😂👍
Before Xmas I was over 12 stone and frumpy and miserable at 5'6
today I'm 11st 2! Still a way to go, but I'm proud.
Only started fp 15 days ago.
