About six months ago I decided to join the Army. I had to lose 55 lb to join. I have lost 45 but the last 10 don't seem to want to come off. I joined Fitness Pal to try to keep an eye on my calorie intake. Id love advise or stories im a very friendly person
also i have a culinary degree if anyone would like to talk about there diet.

Have you already started doing the 2 mile runs, and working on pushups and situps for the PT test?
