New to the app and looking for friends to compare/share/motivate. Not sure how to add people yet. I try to eat pretty good but dont ignore my cravings instead i just minimize the intake as much as possible (pizza is my downfall). I have found this helps stay on track the best for me and minimizes binges. I do intermittent fasting at a 14/10 ratio. I try to stay between the 1500-2000 calories a day and minimal fats and sugars. I do quite a bit of cardio and core. Usually both at least 3x a week for and hour to hour and a half unless I have a race that week then its just cardio. I'm a 31 year old male on my way from 250lbs to the 200lb range. I currently weigh in at 220lbs. I'm open about my reigment and diet. My gym is usally empty save the randoms that come in once a week and not very regularly so I get bored without gym friends.
