Beach Resistance Training

Hi everyone!

I'm traveling to Jamaica in a couple weeks (woo-hoo!). I'm "glamping" and won't have access to a weight room. I'm a runner and look forward to running on the beach, and participating in the local yoga program, but I'm looking for suggestions for resistance training.

I obviously can't pack dumbbells in my suitcase, but I'd like to bring my resistance bands/loops.

Does anyone know of a printable full-body resistance band/loop workout (with diagrams) that I could print and take with me? I'm having a hard time finding one that doesn't involve clipping to a hook/door for a large portion of the exercises.

I'm also open to a body weight routine.

I've been on a weight lifting program for several months, so I'm not a total newbie to strength training, if that helps.
