Pineapple Sour Cream Dessert
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix (fat free, sugar free)
1 cup sour cream (low fat)
1 can crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 tbsp. Cool Whip free for garnish per serving
Whip first 3 ingrediants in a bowl till smooth. Divide into 5 dessert dishes. Chill at least 2 hours.
Garnish with Cool whip free before serving
Variation: (of course either of these add more calories)
Garnish with fruit (kiwi or strawberries)
Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted coconut
Number of Servings: 5
Calories per serving = 132.5
