Is 10 excercises to much for one workout?

I normally dont do this many so this is pretty rare. Mt schedule this week has caused me to combine two workout days. Its basically a full body day! I just want to make sure I'm not doing kore damage than good. Here is my excercises I plan to do for tonorrow morning


Hip thrust 3x3-8
Calve raises 3x15 45lbs each side (135)
Wide grip squat 3x8 20lbs each side work on form
Seated Good morning 3x10-12 55-65lbs
Chest press BB 3x3-8
(Idk what to call this) Shoulder snatch press but like I use my legs to lift the easy bar over my head 3x6 45lbs-55 if pr is broke
Shoulder Press 3x10,12,15
DB lateral raise 3×10,12,15
Seated row 3x8
Bicep curls 3x20 light/medium


I would love to see how you guys perceive my workout this is one day out of the other 4 days I workout which is following bret contreras strong curves wks 58
