I’ve been at a plateau for about 4 months now. I want to lose about 10 more pounds but I just can’t seem to get past my plateau. Any tips? I eat about 1,300-1,400 calories a day and I do weight training 2x a week with lighter exercises between them.

Are you weighing everything you eat? Are you eating back exercise calories?

I do measure my food and I am confident I am confident I don’t eat back the burned calories.

Congrats- you have discovered maintenance. Something in your calculations is incorrect- either calories in or calories out. You have two options:
    1. Just eat less than you do right now. If you're at maintenance, this will put you into a deficit.
    2. Log every morsel of food using a food scale.
