Plateau

I’ve been at a plateau for about 4 months now. I want to lose about 10 more pounds but I just can’t seem to get past my plateau. Any tips? I eat about 1,300-1,400 calories a day and I do weight training 2x a week with lighter exercises between them.

Measure, or weigh? Log everything, including condiments etc? If you set your diary to public, people will be able to take a look and see if they see anything problematic.
And you actually should be eating at least some of your exercise calories. That's the way MFP is designed to work.
More info needed:
Stats: age, height, weight
How much weight have you lost, and in what length of time?
Any changes in exercise routine around the time you stopped losing?
Have you taken any diet breaks in the time (a period of at least one week eating at maintenance calories)?
Has your weight loss actually stalled, or is it just very slow (ie what was it 4 months ago, what is it now?)?5 -
Congrats- you have discovered maintenance. Something in your calculations is incorrect- either calories in or calories out. You have two options:
- Just eat less than you do right now. If you're at maintenance, this will put you into a deficit.
- Log every morsel of food using a food scale.
