I am looking for a term to describe someone who practices self-care. I have found many derogatory or negative terms. I am looking for a more all encompassing term.
I thought this community of people who are practicing self-care or self-love might have a unique perspective on it. Or you have a coined term.
Your perspective is much appreciated.
Thank you
Namaste, Kristine

What about self-carer? Carer is a widely used term. No reason you can't coin this phrase. Everyone would know what it means.0

By the way I love the idea of this being a community of self-carers. What a nice perspective on fitness and weightless.0
