Need Motivation and Accountability Friends!

Hey guys, I’m 25 y/o and would like to lose 2.5 stone.

Currently my first goal is to lose 16 pounds in the next 8 weeks as I have a wedding to go to that I really want to look good for!

My mini goal is to lose 12 pounds in the next 4 weeks as I have 2 x hen parties to go to one week after another. I know that’s quite a lot however I want to make a massive change 💪🏽

I know it will help to have people to help me with this journey and speak with. I send extremely “not down with it all” here but basically, I’m a bit confused, I see people are “adding” people. What do you add them to? And how do you add?!
