    I like mine kind of in between? My parents started baking bacon and it was soft and chewy but not flimsy, with a little bit of edge crisp. So good.

    I almost always bake bacon, because I have a large household, and that's exactly it. The texture is great as long as I don't let it go too long, lol

    My husband likes crispy/burnt. I like cooked/chewy and I only like thick cut bacon not the paper thin stuff!

    If you don't like floppy, do not try the new Dunk'n Donuts snack bacon (just bacon, in a paper sleeve like french fries, and definitely on the floppy side. Also sweet. Not a fan.)
