Why do two entries for the same "certified" foods, large egg for example, have such wildly different values?

Food and nutrition info is entered by members.

Who knows why people do what they do.

I vet every item before I use it the first time, for that very reason.

For your particular example "large" eggs are different in different countries.

Large is the smallest egg I can get at U.S. Krogers. they have Extra Large and Jumbo.

We have medium at my local grocery and my WF. Haven't seen small.
