Hello all! This isn't my first time using MFP. I used to be 250+ pounds, got down all the way to the 160s, but then I started using Depo, went through a rough break up, got into a car accident, had my PayPal hacked into, just about everything that could go wrong did. I gained a lot of weight back, back to about 210. I've started going to a local boot camp and I've been doing good, the scale hasn't been moving that much, 200 now. But they don't measure your progress by month, they do it by fat and muscle % so I don't really look at the scale much nowadays. Now that I'm working and in school, I'd really like to use MFP to help track what I eat again and would like to make some new friends to help encourage each other!
I'm training for Spartan in June, anyone else doing it this year?
