Hi, my name is Steph and I am completely new to myfitnesspal. I've been a member of different slimming groups before now but never seem to maintain my weight as I find them restrictive so this time I'm looking at eating normally but consciously watching calories. I like tk run but haven't done so for a couple of weeks so that needs to change.
