What are your thoughts on this routine and what is a good example in terms if exercises to do during.

Push pull legs works for me. Here’s some I always incorporate in my routine....
Push
Incline press
Bench press
Military press
Pull
Bent over row
One arm row
Lat pull
Legs
Deadlift
Rdls
Leg press1 -

All depends on your trading history
Are you a novice, intermediate or advanced lifter ?
I generally do a hybrid PPL twice a week
As an advanced lifter it’s brutal1 -
