Not a recipe but high protein, low cal meal!

I'm sure most of you are aware of this meal but just in case.....

I've recently started heavy lifting so getting more protein is now my mission. The one thing I have found is anything high protein is very filling!

1/2 tin of tuna drained
100 grams natural cottage cheese
150 grams whole grain wok noodles
1 ryvita sweet chilli thin (if you like a bit of crunch)

Entire meal nutrition

386 calories
54g carbs
2g fat
35g protein!
6g sugar

Love that it is super filling, low fat, low sugar, low calorie, and high in protein!
