Hello everyone, I’m new to the app but have been working my fitness goal for 7 months and have hit a wall, down a total of 50 lbs since beginning.

That seems fairly common. I got stuck too, after losing the first 25 lbs being disciplined doing the National Diabetes Program at my local Y.
Then I stopped losing for over a month. Because I slipped. I stopped counting and logging as I was doing. I even lost some of my initial enthusiasm, because it's hard to stay motivated by oneself.
But I pushed myself. And sure enough I started losing again.
My next goal is to find activity friends in my zip code. That will help.0 -
