Starting Over Newbie

I joined my fitness pal in December and went premium in January but I’m starting over today March 1, 2020. I’m DETERMINED to stick with it this time to make lifestyle changes to better my health. I quit smoking cigarettes 5 years ago and joined the YMCA to start exercising regular. I lost 40 lbs the first year. I have maintained not smoking cigarettes and my weight loss. But I’ve been at a stand still ever since with my weight. I still try to go to the YMCA twice a week after work for Zumba classes. I’m a diabetic with bad cholesterol and high blood pressure. I take a lot of medicines and insulin shots. I’m going to try a low carb diet suggested by my doctor and dietician. Here’s hoping for the best!
