Hello.
I am very very happy to say that I have finally bulked up and gained weight.
I am 6’2
I used to weigh 150-160
Now I’m 240 thanks to body building and bulking.
Now I need to go to the next step. Cutting and toning muscles.
I know I have to eat in a calorie deficit. But my question is workouts.
I usually do PHAT 5 times a week.
Should I keep doing that? But differently.
I haven’t done cardio. Should I start doing that?
Thanks for all the help!

I would just go to maintenance calories, or cut about 500 calories and do that for a few weeks, and then adjust if you need to. Up to you on cardio, it's not necessary, unless you want to keep your calories higher.0

I advice to bump the protein from your bulking phase and add more volume with more hypertrophy training to retain muscle during your deficit.
