Thinking of buying a grass kit and a juicer.

What is your take on wheat grass?

Read that's is very healthy for you. Get the same amount of nutrition from 1 shot of wheat grass than 1kg of green vegtables

I bet the horses and the ducks would love it. I wouldn't consider it food for humans.

Feed your body...NOT your taste buds.

Interesting, I've never actually looked. But I doubt that is even possible somehow from the differences in micro nutrients from vegetable to vegetable to somehow be miraculously there in wheat grass. I'm sure it can't hurt, but not something I would ever attempt. good luck.

Maybe the nutrients are just more concentrated. Guess I would never know until I try it.

Most regular juicers cannot juice wheat grass, just make sure you buy a wheat grass specific juicer.
