Only way to know is to try it out.
There are a lot of factors...
Here's how the website calculates your Goal calories:

I need to lose body fat I'm 5ft 9inchs tall 30 year old male I weigh 102kg and I'm at 30 percent body fat will that's what it says on my bodfat scales1 -
It’s accurate if you put in accurate stats, an appropriate weight loss goal, understand the basic principles of energy balance (CICO), and use the tools provided to create the calorie deficit needed to hit that target consistently over time.
Logging accurately, ideally using a food scale, is highly recommended in order to achieve the desired results.

Well, I'd say get started logging food today.
I started at 5'8" and 100kg. I lost all my weight and now weigh 64.5kg. I used this site's numbers and adjusted as I went along. If I can do it, you can do it.1 -

Yes.
Which isn't the same as the question will you lose at the predicted rate of weight loss but even if you only choose 1lb/week goal that's a 500cal deficit so quite a wide margin of error to be in a calorie deficit and therefore lose weight - but maybe not at the speed you hope for.
In reality most people's logging inaccuracy is a bigger issue rather than the goal calculated for you.2
