Low carbs high protein & rich in fibre low calorie multigran daliya

Ingredients: multigran daliya ( u can google it & it's available on Amazon also)
1 onion
1 tamato
1 cup of mix vegies ( carrot,beans,peas extra) & green chillies it's optional
Salt to taste & red chilli powder ( optional)
Method: take a pressure cooker add some mustered oil or u can use any other oil also put some cumin seeds and musters seed when it's crakeled then put choped onions make it light pink then put tamatos and veggies add salt and turmeric & red chilli powder if u font like spicy u can avoid it then add 1 small cup of multigran daliya add water aprox 1/2 litter and close the cooker cooked it ABT 15 minute on midium flam
This is really nutritious complit meal have it with mint curd u will never fill hunger after having this ....and it's really very good for weight loos (
