    I’m 5’8”. Currently 150 to 153. Working to get back to 143 to 148.

    I'm 5'8 and currently 160lbs, down from 175lbs at the beginning of the year (my highest weight ever). My weight has really varied in the past, but I think I would be comfortable around 145lbs. I have a large frame, and I do a decent amount of weight lifting so I have some muscle.

    Hey there. Are you guys still checking in? I'm 5'7 and just hit my highest weight, 180... 😳

    I definitely feel the weight in my back and hips. My lowest was 145, but I'm hoping to get down to 130 - 140 by next year.

    Should we do a weekly weigh in?

    I’m 5’7” currently shrinking according to doctor. Started 180 lbs. Currently 156-157lbs. 19% body fat. Pleased with my body for the most part. Trying to put on muscle on my lower body. I have broad shoulders and develop muscle there quite easily. Not trying to lose weight per se just lower body fat a bit more, perhaps I will see abs one day lol!

    I know I should ignore it but, like, I often wish there was no "Disagree" button. Or at least if MFP required the person to post specifically what they're disagreeing with.

    Most of the usage in this thread seems, at best, inconsistent.

    Anywhooo-o-o, ladies, let us carry on whatever our personal goals and healthy weight ranges may be.

    Hi I’m 5’7 and currently 205 although my highest was 214. I’m aiming for 168 and then see how I look at that weight.

    I think a weekly weigh in is a great idea
