Hi. I am a 66-year-old with a partially paralyzed right hip, right leg and right foot. As result of this I can’t lose weight using exercise. I started at 372 pounds with a goal of getting down to 200 pounds. I started on January 6, 2020. To date l’ve lost 25 pounds. I figure it will take me 1 1/2 to 2 years to reach my goal. That’s all right, I’m in it for the long-haul. If you read this maybe you can send me some encouragement. Thank you
