Any benefits to multiple daily workouts?

Every morning I walk the dog and every day at lunch I hit the gym and do 30-40 min of cardio. This gives me plenty of calories to eat back throughout the day and I eat most but not all of them back and am losing weight at 1.5-2 lbs per week.. Since I am already needing to eat back calories is there any benefit to also running / biking at night as well or since it will be just more calories to eat back would I not get much out of it (from a weight loss perspective?)

Your body does need fuel for the workouts, but don't stop your self from running or biking you want to do it. Throw in an avocado, nut butter, edamame, yogurt w/ fruit, etc. Those will easily get you an extra 200 calories a day.
Some days I have to do multiple workouts because I only have limited time in the morning and need to burn more on lunch to accommodate my day. It's all about balance, just make sure you are enjoying it and not getting burned out. Congrats on your weight loss so far.0
