My name is Suly, I’ve been working out for quite some time now but not focusing on calorie intake simply because I’m not sure how to start. My goal is to gain muscle weight. Right now I weigh about 107 and want to get to maybe 120. I have so many questions and I guess I’m just looking for support in those areas. Anyone else doing the same?

follow a proper lifting program and track your calories - use mfp to work out your needs and go from there, get yourself a food scale, weigh everything.1
