Back Again...

G'day old friends & hopefully new friends...
After a couple of years away, I am back on the weight loss journey. Over the time I have been away I managed to dump my healthy lifestyle and whacked on almost 40 kegs 😥
I had recently made an effort to lose weight and dropped a few kilos...then a couple of weeks ago I was having chest pains at work which I ignored (I am a workaholic). The next day I couldn't ignore them and went up to the Emergency Department. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I now have a stent in my right Coronary Artery, my Diabetes has returned and my Cholesterol is through the roof.
I got down to 94 kgs in my last massive effort to lose weight, ballooned back out to 134 kgs and am Currently 118.9 kgs.
I can't do a lot of exercise at present, have to work my way back up but I am looking to eat a more healthy diet and continue to lose weight.
I will be recording everything I eat, yes even the food which I probably shouldn't, and will leave my diary open for you to check out (and hopefully makes some suggestions or give feedback, both positive and negative) and will make notes about my day.
I am hoping for some support, to provide support and to make some friends along the way. Looking forward to seeing what we can all achieve together!
