I bought a step counter and can't enter anything into it now. I did fine in the beginning when I started using it. Now it doesn't seem to be working so off to the trouble-shooting area of their site I go. I just got it maybe a week ago and have used it twice.

Grrrrr why isn't anything ever as easy as it should be, this isn't rocket science!!!!

As a side note, my sister bought a nice Whirlpool washer, in January, but there are 2 cycles she can't use??!! Sooo, she's getting someone to check it out today, which will probably cost her. She didn't buy any guarantee, I mean shouldn't brand new things work??? Same with when I bought my Samsung washer. I never tried a certain cycle until months later; come to find out it leaks on that cycle. WTH??? It's maddening.

Check your rights as a consumer in whatever country to happen to be in.

New items come with a guarantee - if you choose to get a third party in don't expect the retailer or manufacturer to pick up the bill unless you give them the opportunity to put things right first.

Thanks for the input! She's getting someone straight from the manufacturer to come in next week. When you pay 900 bucks for something, you expect it to work. :/
