I used MFP many moons ago and lost the weight. However, life happens and I’ve gained it back and then some. I’m at the heaviest weight ever. Ouch! I’m angry at myself.
I’ve started some healthy habits of tracking whatever I’m eating the good, the bad, and the ugly. I’ve started going to the Y at least 3 times a week. Working out is difficult right now. I gave up, I have a horrible foot injury. It will end in surgery. Currently, it’s managed by medication but it doesn’t take away all the pain. At this point losing weight will help take some pressure off the nerve possibly helping with the pain. Enough about that. It’s time to suck it and press on with life.
I might lurk around for a while. I do look forward to meeting some of you though.
