I got up this morning and killed my workout even though I didn't really want to exercise. I PUSHED myself and I realized we all struggle with eating healthy and exercising, but you have to push through all the obstacles.

Don't think about it, just do it. We all can reach our goal and it'll take time, but at least we're working towards a healthy lifestyle. Just think of where you want to be at and use it when you don't want to workout or when you want to eat some junk. YOU CAN DO IT! :)

    I love work out where I really don't want to go and I have to drag my *kitten* out of the house, but then end up in beast mode once I get started. It's always worth it!
