What was the last meal you cooked?

My last wee experiment was a pizza made on an opened out pitta. After a couple of mins in the toaster to puff it up I opened it out and spread with tomato paste, sprinkled with Italian herbs and garlic granules, a few slices of tomato, red onion and courgette, a bit of aubergine and some fresh basil. A few mins under a medium grill then topped with half fat mozzarella and a final few mins under a full heat grill.
Total time, including washing up, 15 mins!
