I was wondering what the adequate is while using a steam room or sauna in a gym locker room. I have seen it all from wearing a sauna suit down to nothing. I feel people should at least sit on a towel.

At my gym, it is right outside the pool, so mostly drippy wet swimsuits.

Mine has recently changed from no rules at all (majority used it naked) to requiring swimwear or to sit on a towel to avoid sitting in a puddle from someone else's Betty Swallocks.

I think textile free sitting on a towel. However there was this one time I got creeped out.

I have 3 infrared saunas at my gym...they aren't in the locker room and are coed, so at minimum, swimwear.
