The more I exercise, the higher my drive gets ( its getting excessive, I'm already HD as it is) Anyone else experience this? And if I slow down on the workouts does it lower? (I hope not!!)

I asked my best friend if 36 was too young to be hitting my "peak". Guess I hadn't thought to link it to the increased exercise. There are days when it is a little ridiculous. Can't sit still in my chair at work kind of ridiculous.0

I have always had a high sex drive. Now that I am in better shape, my body can keep up with my brain. Thank god the hubby started working out too, now he can keep up also. Winning!0
