Hello,
I noticed the calcium in chia seeds that I am showing in the food diary for chia is WAY off - i teaspoon is showing 32% of RDA for calcium |(which would be 320 mg - it is likely more like 32 mg) This is crazy! Has anyone else noticed inaccurate amounts of nutrients?
Similarly, .5 cup of dry oameal is showing 2% (20 mg) This should be 200 mg or 20%. Another one way off. I track calcium because I have osteoporosis and I realize I can't trust the calculation on My fitness pal - I wonder how the number are added there? Are they added by users of the system?

They are added by users, and can be wrong.

That makes sense then. Too bad. I guess you have to add your own foods and not select what others added. The calories etc. are likely to be wrong as well.

Or just find an entry that is correct. I never had any issue with that.

    - yes, true, that means you can't trust anything already loaded without confirming it yourself (unless you know already as I do with some of the calcium amounts since I track it) I had not realized that the info wasn't reliable when I started adding info. (To be fair, this is my third day using it)
