Flexibility in Beachbody programs

Hello- looking for some thoughts from folks who use Beachbody on demand programs. I’ve been using the 21 day fix for a little while and am interested in starting other programs but am overwhelmed with what to do and where to start. I enjoy doing other activities like hiking, yoga, and rock climbing, so I want to be able to use beach body programs flexibly. I have weights but no other equipment and am not interested in buying anything else. My goals are to just get a bit more in shape (lose a bit of weight, gain some muscle, be stronger and healthier generally). I’m fairly fit because I’m young and generally active but I want to be a bit more intentional about my fitness. I know there are programs like 21day fix and 80 day obsession that really focus on using the program every day. Will I still find benefits in using them a few days a week so that I have some days off to do the other activities I enjoy? Or am I better off to find programs that are not daily so I can try to fit them around my other activities? Am I best to just find a program and stick with it, or should I consider using videos from a few different programs at a time?
I feel overwhelmed with coming up with a balanced workout routine that includes cardio, hiit, strength/lifting, as well as yoga and my other “social” activities, which is why I got beach body, but now I’m feeling overwhelmed with the choices here haha! I realize this post is all over the board- appreciate any advice or suggestions you can give!

LIIFT4 is 4 days/week. It includes strength training, HIIT and core in every workout.
Or, you could choose another program that is designed to be used 5 or 6 days/week but only do those workouts 3 or 4 days and your own activities on other days. Yes, the trainers and others focus on completing the programs as designed, but you can choose to use the programs however you want to. I think following a program without taking into account your individual wants and needs could be a recipe to get bored, discouraged, or injured.0 -
I think it's fine if you try out a bunch of different workouts. Try to put a day in between strength workouts or different body parts on consecutive days.0

Transform 20 was honestly a killer program and did good things as far as toning and building some muscle for me. Its only 20 min and you get absolutely torched most of the time, with time left in the day for whatever else you need/want to do. The best part is that it also has a huge focus on your mental game - so its a great one for getting out of a fitness rut, detoxing from a stressful day, etc.1

I was going to also suggest LIIFT4. Most BOD programs are intended for 4-5x, but you can do them how ever frequently you wish. You’ll likely not progress at the same rate doing them less frequently. They’ll still benefit you and support your other fun activities.0

I'm currently doing LIIFT4, just finished week 4, all you need are some dumbbells in different weights! I'm having fun with it. Usually programs bore me, but I really like this one. Feel free to add me! Looking for more beachbody pals.0
