Those macros are a percentage of your current daily intake.
To lose weight, lower your calories and refigure your percentages.

Are you weight stable on the roughly 1800 calories? If not, what has been your weight change over the 8 weeks?
Personally, I like 0.6-0.8g protein minimum per pound of healthy goal weight (equivalent to 0.8-1g per pound of lean body mass for most people, or close enough), though some people prefer more when strength training; 0.35-0.45g fats per pound of body weight; and boatloads of varied, colorful veggies and fruits for micros and fiber. I use carbs (and occasional alcohol) as my balancer to hit calorie goal.
