March steps

Hello. newbie here. Need to get my steps in and lose this weight. my goals: step (6000+ per day), CW (232), GW (130 end of year and 50 by July), also to incorporate vegan meals and intermittent fasting. I may be shooting for the stars and may seen alittle unrealistic but I am fighting for my health. Any suggestions, advice, etc is greatly appreaciated.

So far my steps are 2479 and going for a quick walk now.
