The first couple of days was a challenge but now I'm getting used to organizing my meal inputs.....I'm putting them in before I eat this week lol. I'm using a Keto meal plan but it's a challenge because I keep going over but I'm not giving up.

I'm on day 8 too. Remember that most of the time you can go over and *still* be in a deficit (unless you have a tiny deficit). It's ok--it's can be challenging at first if you haven't done it before. I'm not following any particular plan other than the "foods I like" plan, with attention to keeping from getting too hungry. Not enough protein week 1, so I'm adding TVP (texturized vegetable protein) to my meals this week. I'm kind of excited b/c I really want a Sloppy Joe and the TVP works great for that1

Dont let being "over" stress you out when you're first getting the hang of MFP and the changes you're making to your new way of eating. You'll start learning these first few weeks what portions look like and the calorie counts of different foods. I found it interesting when I started, learning which foods satiated me the best for the calorie amount. Its definitely a learning process.3
