Looking to see how other people “Bank Calories” for big meals out. I know this can work, but sometimes feel like I’m messing up by eating all those saved cals at one meal. Does it give you anxiety too?

I used to do it all the time when losing. Never gave me any anxiety, just results0

nope, no reason to get anxiety about it.. as long as i am eating 250-500 calories less than my maintenance calories PER WEEK during weight loss times, i don’t worry much about going over or under on a particular day in that week.. i don’t carryover ‘bank’ calories to the following week though, its use or lose them weekly saved calories by the end of every week.0
