Make sure you are pressing it it and giving it time to drain. Also, I came across a neat trick - after you slice or cube it, rub a little olive oil on it and then corn starch - gives it a lovely crisps! And of course if you sprinkle some nutritional yeast on it and put it on top of some steamed, sautéed, or stir-fried veggies, you’ve got yourself a golden bowl!! 😋😋😋 SO YUM1
