every pound makes a difference

I just started to do this seriously 3 weeks ago. I've lost 2.5lbs so far - not a lot, as I'm taking it slowly and eating back exercise calories. But I did actually notice a difference in yoga from one week to the next. Whatever I'd lost must have gone from my stomach because I could actually breathe in plough position! The week before I'd had a block behind my head and was wheezing. Next week, feet touched the ground behind my head and I could just about breathe.

Every single pound lost makes a difference to our fitness. (Probably obvious to everyone else but happy news to me!)
