what do I do if for the last two months I have not lost any weight. Idk if my body stopped or what but I have 70lb to go and I seem to just be at a stop. I need help.

Hey OP, browse the forums, follow the above graph, be honest with yr logging it’s all about what you eat and above all keep going! Maybe try a weight trend app like happy scales as weight fluctuates. This has happened to many of us on MFP and tightening up our logging seems to help significantly from what I’ve read and experienced myself.
