Any tips for beginners in weight loss? Any do or don'ts we should we aware of?

    Don’t give up on your journey also try carnivore diet.

    Keep yourself active, drink more water, eat healthy foods and have enough rest and sleep 🤗🤗🤗

    Log everything and stay consistent. If you have a bad day, move on a get back to it the next day. Don't let it snowball in to weeks! Your weight will fluctuate and it is normal, just keep an eye on the trend. Drink plenty of water and try to add more activity to your day. I'm by no means an expert but this has worked for me so far.
