50th Day Logging - 11lbs Gone

I've been up/down with food logging and MFP in the past. This time it finally feels like its going to stick. I don't know why. A pie in the sky goal of 235lb and buying a tux seems like its just a matter of time.

My main change has been trying at all costs to hit my macro calorie total of the day. If I'm drinking, or eating a big meal with friends, I try to limit that only to one singular event. If I'm hungover, I fast and eat minimally just healthy foods. When I drink, I have had close to zero episodes of drunk eating. I pretty much eat anything whenever I want, but treat it as something to look forward to and embrace, rather than just pure consumption for consumption sake. I have pretty much eliminated breakfast 6/days a week.

I say the above to encourage others. Obviously my gains would be better if no good meals with friends/family, or a life a sobriety. But then why am I even living?..
