Low sodium recipes not low sodium
Low sodium recipes posted by my fitness pal are not low sodium. They don’t even have the sodium nutrition facts posted calories posted not sodium. The recipes include salt & salty ingredients. Who is posting this? They can amend these to really be low sodium if they wanted. Why they don’t I don’t know.

I did see a “low sodium section” spaghetti squash lasagna recipe that used jarred marinara sauce, without specifying that you have to find a low-sodium marinara. Makes no sense because that stuff is SODIUM-TASTIC. Sounds like they aren’t really having humans vet the recipe section requirements and just letting their data do the work for them. That would be my guess4
