Do the calories adjust themselves with your weightloss? I know when i did WW i got less points with the more weight I lost.

You have to physically go in every 5-10lbs and update it. I usually just change my amount to lose to 0lbs a week, then back to 1lb a week and it will change the amount of calories on your goal screen.0

Yes, mfp will ask you if you want to update your calorie goal after you've lost a few. You don't have to update anything other than your weight. And it's true that if you change your goal, it will base that upon your current weight.0
