Hey guys so I'm looking for help in learning how to increase mind muscle connection with my strong side of my chest, my left pec is considerably fuller than my right and I have allot more controll over the muscle than I do on my right side, I do plenty of single arm exercises and have tried all sorts I just can't seem to get the same squeeze, the main part lacking I would say is the upper inside of the right pec, the rest of it seems ok, my left one is full all over. Cheers

I've been able to even out large imbalances by using isolateral type machines like plate loaded chest presses. Make sure to load each side evenly and push progression based on the weak side. Personally, I've never had a great mind/muscle connection with any compound movement. Easy enough with isolation but it gets muddied when multiple muscle groups are working together. Even then... I've had no problem growing and my routine is 90% compounds.
