Recomposition help

I need help! I can't lose anymore weight (well, I can but I shouldn't lol) but I want to gain some muscle and lose some fat. I'm pretty "skinny fat" right now and not very strong. Where do I even start? I'm lost and I didn't see anything about it in the masterpost pinned in this forum. Do I just eat at maintenance, lots of protein, and do strength training and lift weights? Are there things I should watch out for? How do I keep losing fat? Thanks!
