Hi everyone, I'm new here. I am looking to buy a heart rate monitor. I am hoping to find one that isn't too expensive. I am also wondering if the chest strap makes a big difference, if it does then I will spend extra for one with a chest strap. Anyone have any suggestions on a good quality inexpensive heart rate monitor?

I use Polar and it works well. I would recommend the chest strap if you want to monitor your heartrate and calories burned throughout your workout.0

I have Timex one for women. I found Amazon.com had the best prices.
This is the one I bought.
