Healthy Snacks

Just got back from vacation and ready to start tracking again. I’m totally pumped to reach my goal. Any suggestions on healthy, quick and good tasting snacks please send my way. Here’s to a great week!

    What's your definition of healthy? I usually have a waferbar after dinner. Or a small cup of an airy chocolate mousse.

    Meant to add this to another thread I'd responded to yesterday, but at spotting this, these are a few of my favourites
    • Oatmeal or almond meal porridge with your go-to toppings
    • Dark chocolate bars with nuts or granola etc
    • Oven-roasted and flavoured to your liking garbanzo
    • Greek yoghurt with raspberries or blackberries or strawberries
    • Mixed nuts
    • Prepped to your preference meats or meat-alternatives in 250 calorie limited snack packs eg Falafel
    • Hummus with anything your palate and calorie allotment allows for dipping
